About
Presenting on project-based learning and assessment design, reflecting my work supporting educators through practical, applied professional development.

I design learning systems, programs and experiences that actually work.

Most of my work sits somewhere between instructional design, program operations and strategy. I’ve built new teams, stepped into programs that weren’t working and helped institutions rethink how they approach learning, and usually all at the same time.

I care a lot about making things clearer and more usable. Not just better on paper, but easier for people to actually work with day to day. That usually means fixing alignment issues, simplifying processes and building structures that don’t fall apart when they scale.

I’ve worked across K12 and higher education, which gives me a pretty grounded view of how learning actually plays out for students, for educators and for the people trying to support both. A lot of my work focuses on closing the gap between what we say works and what people can realistically implement.

In practice, that looks like:

  • designing learning experiences that people can apply immediately
  • building systems that support consistency without overcomplicating things
  • helping teams move faster without lowering quality
  • creating space for flexibility, accessibility, and real-world constraints

If you look through the work on this site, you’ll see examples of how I approach that across different contexts.

Outside of work, my favorite color is orange, and I can’t imagine my life without a dog.

Let’s Connect

I’m always interested in thoughtful work at the intersection of learning, design and strategy.

If something on this site resonates, I’d be happy to connect.
